Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled Dynamics 365 and Power Platform Developer to help us maximise the value of our applications and tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand requirements and design tailored solutions.
  • Conduct solution reviews, assess existing implementations, recommend optimisations, and execute on approved changes.
  • Customise and configure Dynamics 365 modules to meet evolving needs.
  • Manage metadata, ensure appropriate structuring and configuration of data models and entities.
  • Analyse internal processes, identify inefficiencies, and implement automation solutions using Power Automate and Power Apps.
  • Provide ongoing support for internal users, troubleshoot issues, and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Maintain and manage Dynamics 365 environment, ensuring optimal performance levels.

Requirements:

  • Minimum 5 years of experience with Dynamics 365 and Power Platform solutions.
  • Strong knowledge of Dynamics 365 modules and customisation capabilities.
  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field, with relevant Microsoft certifications preferred.
  • Experience working in a corporate or internal IT environment, collaborating with cross-functional stakeholders.
  • Experience collaborating with external vendors on business solutions.
