About the Role
  • As a Sales Professional, you will create professional and personalized service for our customers to find their ideal jewellery piece(s)
  • Achieve set sales targets and KPIs while maintaining a high level of product knowledge and sales skills
  • Complete in-house training to keep up-to-date with new products, sales techniques, and company policies & procedures
  • Contribute to operational tasks including stock replenishment, ticketing of stock, customer repairs, merchandising, and general housekeeping
