Job Description:

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Service Employee to join our team in a residential aged care facility.

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality care services to our residents, including personal care tasks, such as assisting with daily living activities, showers or baths, shaving, cutting nails, laying out clothes, dressing, making beds, tidying rooms, storing clothes, and assisting with meals.

Our ideal candidate will have a Certificate 3 in aged care, disability, or similar, and previous experience in a similar role, demonstrating clear communication, task management, and empathy for older and frail persons.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide personal care services to residents, including assistance with daily living activities

  • Ensure compliance with policies, standards, legislation, and industry practices

Requirements:

  • Certificate 3 in aged care, disability, or similar
