Role Overview

The ORS Group is a leading provider of allied health and workplace rehabilitation services. We are seeking a qualified Speech Pathology Clinician to join our team in providing clinical services to participants aged 0-65 under the National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS).

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide assessment, diagnosis, and treatment to clients with various communication and swallowing needs
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to meet client goals
  • Work collaboratively with clients, families, and other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
  • Contribute to a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality services and achieve excellent client outcomes

Requirements

  • Tertiary qualifications in Speech Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Registration or ability to become registered with the Speech Pathology Australia (SPA)
  • Adequate knowledge of the NDIS and its associated policies and procedures
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment
