Job Opportunity

As a skilled professional, you will play a vital role in supporting individuals to develop new skills and gain qualifications to secure sustainable employment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Recruit participants and oversee the operational aspects of a community project.
  • Collaborate with training partners to deliver accredited training and personalized support to participants.
  • Develop and implement individualized training and personal development plans to enhance opportunities for completion and employment.
  • Liaise with local employers and training organizations to maximize employment and training outcomes.
  • Accurately document case notes, reports, and program data as required.
Requirements:
  • Relevant qualification or equivalent experience in a related field.
  • Understanding of labor market issues and barriers to education, training, and employment.
  • Resilience and empathy to work with individuals experiencing complex barriers.
  • Experience facilitating workshops and small group activities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with experience working with diverse groups.
  • Excellent IT and administration skills, including record-keeping and software proficiency.
  • Effective time management, attention to detail, and prioritization skills.
