Quality care is at the heart of our residential aged care home in Caloundra. We are seeking Personal Carers to join our supportive team where compassion and empathy accompany the delivery of exceptional clinical and personal care to our residents every day.

We have both part-time and casual roles available under the direction of the Enrolled & Registered Nurses, providing person centred, high quality care to our residents.

You will demonstrate maturity, sensitivity, and a compassionate approach to provide personal care to our residents including bathing, dressing, toileting, and other support services based on individual needs.

As a Personal Carer, you will be an integral part of a collaborative team working towards creating a nurturing environment for our residents. You will contribute to achieving exceptional outcomes by delivering tailored care that respects the dignity and autonomy of each individual resident.

To be successful in this role, you will possess a Certificate III in Aged Care (or equivalent), along with strong attention to detail and outstanding communication skills. Flexibility with days and shift times is also essential.
