Key Responsibilities- Oversee daily store operations, encompassing sales, key performance indicators, visual merchandising, stock management, and loss prevention.
- Foster a high-performing team by setting business targets and delivering exceptional customer experiences.
- Monitor sales performance and implement actions to meet daily, weekly, and monthly objectives.
- Effectively manage employee wage budgets and rosters in line with industry standards and best practices.
- Drive team development through training, coaching, and succession planning.
- Demonstrated experience as a Store Manager or Senior Assistant Store Manager in a fast-paced retail environment.
- A confident, hands-on approach and a passion for leading from the front.
- Experience developing high-performing teams and inspiring a culture of excellence.
- Strong operational expertise in rostering, wage control, visual merchandising, and inventory management.
- Strategic thinking and the ability to identify opportunities for improvement.
- Skilled in building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external partners.
