This is an exciting opportunity for a Registered Nurse with managerial experience to join our organisation.

About the Position

You will have flexibility in your role, supporting residential aged care homes as allocated. You will report to the Chief Operating Officer and be responsible for supporting Facility Managers with day-to-day operational matters.

The Ideal Candidate
  • Ideal candidates will have a strong understanding of ACQSC Quality Standards and Residential Aged Care funding requirements.
  • They will bring a collaborative approach and a demonstrated track record in building and leading teams.
  • They will be able to strike a positive balance between professional, commercial and care aspects of their role.
