Operations Manager Opportunity

As a Duty Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of our hospitality venues in Queensland. This is a leadership role that requires strong customer service and team management skills.
The ideal candidate will have previous leadership experience in hospitality venues and be able to lead, mentor, and motivate staff to deliver high-quality service.

- RSA & RSG are necessary; RMLV and Approved Manager license are highly regarded

- Ensure compliance with liquor, gaming, and WHS regulations
- Manage rosters, stock control, and supplier relationships
- Support promotions, events, and community engagement initiatives
