Strategic Digital Campaign Coordinator

Overview:
We are seeking a highly skilled Digital Campaign Planning Manager to join our team for 8 months. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning, executing, and delivering digital campaigns across various channels, influencing shopper behavior, and increasing retail sales.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the digital campaign team to ensure timely deliverables.
- Plan and execute all campaigns ahead of time, prioritizing tasks, and maintaining an ongoing campaign calendar.
- Collaborate with conversion rate optimization specialists and performance analysts to ensure KPIs are on target.
- Utilize campaign management platforms such as IBM Campaign & Segment to ensure correct customer selection and scheduling.
- Approve all campaign builds, including visual assets, links, and copy.
- Develop actionable recommendations based on product purchase behavior.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
- Experience in team or people management.
- Demonstrated experience delivering return on investment from marketing initiatives.
- Prior use and strong knowledge of campaign management platforms like IBM Campaign, Marketo, Salesforce.
- Ability to work in a dynamic and complex business environment with multiple stakeholders.
