Surveillance Operations Manager Role

The successful candidate will be responsible for the day-to-day management of a Surveillance Operations Team.

This team is responsible for ensuring the integrity, safety, and welfare of patrons, visitors, and residents.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Manage daily activities in the Surveillance Operations Centre
  • Maintain professional relationships with regulatory authorities and law enforcement agencies
  • Lead the Surveillance team to achieve business unit strategy objectives
  • Provide guidance on complex matters and decisions to Surveillance Operators and Analysts
  • Support critical incident response capability through Security Operations teams
  • Performance manage the team to meet performance goals

Requirements:

  • Previous Surveillance experience is essential
  • Exceptional probity and credit clearance are required
  • Demonstrated leadership and supervisory skills are necessary
  • Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making skills are required
  • Effective conflict resolution skills are needed
  • Strong relationship-building skills are essential
  • Availability to work across a 24/7 rotating roster is required
