About the Role

We are seeking a Senior Data Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for embedding within product domains and partnering with Product Managers to drive growth and optimize the end-to-end customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide cross-product insights, design and own dashboards and reports that reveal key product metrics, user engagement, and feature performance.
  • Support data-driven decision making by translating business questions into data problems and delivering actionable recommendations with compelling data narratives.
  • Drive product growth with actionable insights by performing deep-dive analyses to explain why outcomes occurred and inform product strategy and feature prioritization.
  • Champion continuous improvement and automation by contributing to a culture of learning, driving automation and scalable analytical solutions, and identifying data quality improvements.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally by working with product, marketing, data engineering, and other teams to align growth initiatives.
  • Present findings to varied audiences, translating analyses into clear, actionable takeaways.
  • Evaluate analytics quality and support planning with data inputs, forecasts, and key performance analytics.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 4 years of experience as a Data Analyst, preferably within a product-led organization or supporting product teams.
  • Strong SQL proficiency for data extraction, manipulation, and analysis.
  • Experience with data modeling and transformation tools like dbt.
  • Familiarity with workflow orchestration tools such as Airflow.
  • Proficiency in building dashboards and reports using BI tools (e.g., Superset) to visualize data and communicate insights.
  • The ability to translate complex data into clear, actionable insights for non-technical stakeholders.
  • A strong understanding of product metrics, user behavior, and sales funnels.
  • A proactive, curious mindset with a focus on measurable outcomes.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills; able to influence decisions through data.
  • An adaptable nature with a willingness to tackle challenges across product areas.
  • A basic understanding of Python for data analysis is a plus.
