About the Role

The Clinical Facilitator will play a pivotal role in delivering advanced clinical care and leadership within our cancer services.

  • Key responsibilities include:
  1. Providing clinical leadership and expert nursing care in the assessment, planning, and delivery of cancer specialist nursing.
  2. Coordinating clinical activities, quality improvement initiatives, and risk management strategies to enhance patient safety and service delivery.
  3. Acting as a clinical and educational resource, facilitating professional development and evidence-based practice among nursing staff and students.
Required Skills and Qualifications

We are looking for a skilled and compassionate nurse with a strong clinical background and leadership qualities.

  • Demonstrate advanced clinical knowledge and critical thinking skills, with experience managing complex cancer patient care.
  • Possess strong leadership and communication skills, capable of mentoring and coordinating multidisciplinary teams effectively.
