You will understand their strengths, offer guidance, and link them to suitable job opportunities. You will also engage with employers to comprehend their business requirements and provide staffing solutions that fit their needs.

• Champion inclusive hiring practices and promote workforce diversity.
• Engage with employers to address skill gaps through role adaptation and recruitment.
• Facilitate client-employer compatibility and prepare workplaces for participant integration.

About You

Someone who is empathetic, energetic, and outcome-driven, with experience or passion in employment services. Confident in supporting people, building trust, and guiding them into meaningful careers. Proactive in marketing and networking, with strong relationship-building skills.

Detail-oriented, with excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills. Skilled in providing tailored support and developing client-focused employment plans.

Essential Criteria

• Qualifications in Employment or Human Services – desirable
• Proven ability to meet KPIs and manage workload effectively
• Strong understanding of employment barriers faced by individuals with disabilities
• Skilled in providing personalized support and developing client-centered employment plans
• Excellent communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills
