The Global Intelligence and Engagement Officer role is a key position within the University, responsible for supporting global engagement activities.

  • Coordinate international visits, onshore engagement, and strategic partnership events to foster connections and opportunities.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support the preparation of engagement reports, partnership briefs, presentations, and other communication materials to effectively convey information.
  • Develop relationships with key stakeholders and build partnerships to advance the University's global goals.
Requirements
  • Demonstrated experience in planning and managing visits and events, including official etiquette.
  • Strong ability to use Microsoft Suite to deliver high-quality business documentation, calendar coordination, and correspondence for senior executives.
  • Effective relationship management skills and experience in developing and maintaining relationships with key stakeholders.
