Clinical Nurse Specialist Grade 2

This is a permanent part-time role with remuneration of $58.98 per hour, requiring a Registered Nurse (Division 1) with current AHPRA registration and relevant postgraduate qualifications.
The successful candidate will bring at least 3 years' clinical experience in acute, post-acute, or Hospital in the Home care, confident in applying advanced nursing skills in complex situations.
Key Responsibilities:- Lead and inspire a dedicated team, fostering a culture of collaboration, excellence, and professional growth.
- Ensure safe, patient-centred care for individuals requiring acute and post-acute services, including Hospital in the Home.
- Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams to ensure smooth transitions and timely access to care across the healthcare journey.
- Champion evidence-based practice, quality improvement, and service development initiatives to enhance patient outcomes.
- Apply advanced clinical expertise to provide guidance, education, and support to staff, patients, families, and carers.
