The Role of a Job Placement Specialist

Job Summary

Prestige Health Services is seeking an experienced professional to fill the role of Employment Consultant/Placement Specialist. This position involves delivering job-seeking preparation and placement services to individuals with injuries or health conditions.

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver job-seeking preparation and job placement services to referred participants.
  • SOURCE WORK TRIALS AND NEW EMPLOYMENT OPPORTUNITIES through reverse marketing and cold canvassing.
  • Work effectively in a team environment, utilizing independence and autonomy to achieve goals.
  • Maintain accurate electronic client records using Microsoft Office skills.
Requirements
  • A minimum of 3 years' experience in workplace rehabilitation services, disability management, employment case management, or recruitment.
  • Excellent communication skills (verbal and written).
  • A Class C Drivers licence and access to own vehicle for traveling within Sydney Metro and regional areas.
