Care Support Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and empathetic Care Support Specialist to join our team. In this role, you will be working closely with our elderly residents, their families, and colleagues to provide industry leading resident care and services.
As a Care Support Specialist, you will be responsible for supporting residents in maintaining their independence while ensuring their safety and well-being. This includes performing resident-centric care duties, collaborating with the nursing, hospitality, and resident engagement teams, and maintaining professional relationships with residents and co-workers.
To be successful in this role, you will need to have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, be able to think on your feet, and have a strong work ethic. You will also need to hold qualifications in Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care) or have completed 1st year nursing studies with a placement in Aged Care.
In addition, you will need to have a passion for making a difference in the lives of others and be willing to learn and grow with our company.
