Employment Consultant Role

We are seeking a driven professional to join our team as an Employment Consultant. This individual will be responsible for delivering job seeking preparation and job placement services to referred participants with injuries or health conditions.

This role requires the ability to work independently and as part of a team, providing tailored support to clients in their job search and career development.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Deliver personalized job seeking preparation and job placement services to participants with diverse needs.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to identify suitable work trials and employment opportunities.
Requirements:
  • Minimum 3 years experience in workplace rehabilitation services, disability, employment case management, job placement or recruitment.
  • Effective communication skills (verbal and written).
  • Ability to navigate complex client needs and provide solutions-oriented support.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Office skills and familiarity with electronic record keeping.
  • Class C Drivers licence and access to own vehicle (travelling around Sydney Metro and some regional locations is required).
