Optical Care Professional

We're looking for a highly skilled and enthusiastic Optical Dispenser to join our team. As an Optical Dispenser, you will play a vital role in delivering outstanding patient care and support to our optometrists.
About the Role:
- Patient pre-screening is an essential part of this role, ensuring that patients receive the best possible care.
- Contact lens fitting and I&R training are key skills required for this position.
- Paediatric dispensing and frame styling are also important aspects of this role.
- Reception and admin duties are an integral part of this job.
Key Responsibilities:
- You will be responsible for delivering exceptional patient care and supporting our optometrists.
- Working closely with the team to ensure seamless delivery of services is crucial.
- Contribution to the development and implementation of new initiatives and processes is also required.
Requirements:
- A qualified Optical Dispenser or equivalent experience is necessary.
- A people-first attitude, friendly, compassionate, and a great communicator is essential.
- Quick on your feet, detail-oriented, and happy to help out wherever needed.
- Enjoys learning and being part of a supportive, high-performing team.
