**Data Insights Specialist Role Opportunity**

We're seeking a talented Data Insights Specialist to join our team in Brisbane or Melbourne. If you have experience in workforce planning and management methodologies, we'd love you to apply.

As a Data Insights Specialist, you will be responsible for providing data-driven insights, information reporting, and analytical support to our operations team.

The role involves developing and maintaining data models, providing impact analysis to key stakeholders, and ensuring mitigation strategies are in place to enable delivery of service level agreements within our operations team.

Your day-to-day responsibilities will include:

  • Managing and developing data forecasts for all of our operations team.
  • Reviewing and maintaining historical data feeds into our workforce management system.
  • Investigating and making recommendations to the business on effective and efficient reporting methods.
  • Developing and maintaining effective short-, medium- and long-term forecast models across all channels.
  • Providing workforce management impact analysis to key stakeholders including leadership teams, project teams and transition managers.
  • Analysing performance and staffing information in various forums and meetings.
  • Preparing end of month reporting with Workforce Optimisation (WFO) data and analytical insights.
  • Supporting the adoption of workforce management methodologies and best practice by promoting the use of enabling tools.

This is a 6-month max-term/secondment opportunity that offers excellent training and development opportunities.

About You

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A strong background in workforce planning and management methodologies, preferably in an operations environment.
  • An in-depth knowledge and understanding of workforce management principles and practices.
  • Experience in forecasting in an operations environment across multi channels.
  • Strong analytical capability, specifically the ability to provide sound advice and recommendations to senior stakeholders, project and transition teams.
  • Excellent analytical skills with the ability to transform data into meaningful reports.
