**About The Role**
We have an exciting 6-months fixed term opportunity for an **Employee Relations Lead **to join our People Partnering portfolio.** **You will be responsible for leading a small team of Employee Relations Advisors in the provision of expert and timely employment relations and industrial relations advice, guidance and support. Duties include:
- Oversee and coordinate case management activities and support the resolution of complex employment relations and industrial matters.
- Provide clear and contemporary advice and support to business leaders on a broad variety of IR/ER issues, equipping them with the tools and knowledge necessary to address issues proactively.
- Assign IR/ER matters to Employee Relations Advisors and manage IR/ER escalations, and ensure matters are managed timely, effectively and in line with legislative requirements.
- Represent the organisation as required with industrial organisations, including Fair Work Commission, Equal Opportunity Commission and other bodies.
- Support the organisation's journey towards engaging a workforce through a period of transformational change into a new industrial landscape, including leader led ER/IR.
- Coach and develop Employee Relations Advisors to build their skills and support the continuous enhancement of capabilities.
**About You**
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in Law, HR Management, Industrial and/or Employee Relations or a related field.
- Thorough working knowledge of Federal and State employment legislation.
- Ability to operate as a trusted and expert partner to a diverse range of business leaders and stakeholders.
- Ability to distil complex industrial and technical information into practical, simple recommendations.
- Experience in managing complex employee relations and industrial relations matters across a range of industries.
