Health Hub Engagement Specialist

Job Overview:
We are seeking a Health Hub Engagement Specialist to drive the adoption and optimization of our patient engagement platform. This role will collaborate with operational leads to develop and implement strategies for recruiting patients and consumers, as well as creating education and training programs to support staff, patients, and consumers.
Key Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with operational leads to support clinical services, patients, and consumers in adopting and optimizing Health Hub use
- Develop and implement a sustainable patient and consumer recruitment plan, including a review of current communication strategies
- Design and deliver education and training programs to support staff, patients, and consumers' use of Health Hub's functionality
About You:
- A relevant tertiary qualification in a health-related discipline
- A sound understanding of electronic medical record (EMR) functionality
- Experience working with patient portals and digital health platforms
- A broad understanding of the digital health landscape, national digital health activity, and clinical systems used within healthcare organizations
