The successful candidate will have a proven track record of achieving outstanding results in a fast-paced recruitment environment and possess a deep understanding of the creative landscape.
This varied role involves recruiting across multiple positions, including strategy, content, creative, design, production, and studio roles. The ideal candidate will be a great communicator, a team player, and a self-starter who can prioritize tasks effectively and manage multiple projects with limited supervision.
- Partner with stakeholders and hiring managers to provide timely pipelining, mapping, sourcing, screening, interviewing, and selection of candidates who meet the requirements and competencies of roles.
- Full life cycle recruiting - market analysis for competitive advantage, sourcing, interviewing, offer negotiations.
- Identify, develop, recommend, and maintain a network of contacts and resources to generate qualified, diverse candidates in an effective manner.
- Maintain accurate and concise records regarding the recruitment and selection process.
- Manage the candidate experience as the candidate goes through the recruitment process.
To be successful in this role, you will require:
- A minimum of 4 years' experience in an end-to-end, in-house recruitment role or recruitment agency.
- Excellent consultative skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
- Solid knowledge of the market, including a deep understanding of candidates and employers.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively across all levels of the organization.
- The ability to operate effectively in a fast-paced environment and navigate ambiguity independently.
- Strong attention to detail and the ability to prioritize competing demands.
- Strong problem-solving, data analytics, and reporting skills.
