At Access Psych, we're committed to delivering exceptional mental health support services. Our team of expert clinicians works closely with clients to address a wide range of mental health issues and concerns.

We understand the importance of providing personalized care that meets the unique needs of each client. As part of our organization, you'll have access to a supportive network of professionals who share your passion for improving lives through work and health.

This is a part-time (1 to 4 days) hybrid role that offers an excellent opportunity to make a meaningful impact on the lives of clients. You'll play a crucial role in helping individuals navigate the challenges of work-related injuries, stress, pain management, and other occupational issues.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide evidence-based mental health training, assessment, and treatment to clients with a range of mental health conditions and outcome goals;
  • Work collaboratively with clients, medical and allied health professionals, case managers, and employers to assist people return to work and/or fully re-engage with the community;
  • Complete assessments and interventions using your clinical skills;
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation in accordance with organizational and regulatory standards.

Qualifications

  • General Psychologist Registered with AHPRA; or
  • Accredited Mental Health Social Worker – AASW;
  • Willingness to obtain relevant accreditations, including NSW State Insurance Regulatory Authority (SIRA) and WorkSafe Victoria accreditations;
  • Permanent residency in Australia;
  • Passion for improving lives through work and health;
  • Interest and willingness to work with workers' compensation clients.
