Support our People and Culture functions as a vital member of our team.

The Role:

  • Provide administrative support to teams involved in recruitment, learning and development.
  • Manage HR administration including probation exit and onboarding processes.
  • Offer general administrative support for training induction organisational development.

Requirements:

  • Experience working in similar HR or People and Culture administrative capacity.
  • Demonstrate excellent customer service skills.
  • Proven administration data entry experience.
  • Ability to work autonomously with high attention to detail problem-solving skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite.
  • Excellent written verbal communication skills.
  • Qualification in HR or equivalent is advantageous.
