We are seeking an experienced ECC Head Nurse to lead our nursing team and make a lasting impact on patient care and overall operations.
- No overnight shifts required, work Monday – Friday with one weekend shift a month for a great work-life balance.
- A 50/50 role blending clinical and administration responsibilities.
As the ECC Head Nurse, you will be responsible for administration and management of the ECC nursing team.
- Team development, liaison with intra and inter-departmental team members.
- Upholding high standards of ECC/ICU care.
- Driving team development and participation in all aspects of workflow in a supportive environment.
Our organisation is a multi-disciplinary specialist hospital providing emergency and specialist care.
- Access to state-of-the-art equipment.
- Collaboration with specialist nursing teams.
- Cert IV or above.
- Proven history of leading a team of nurses in a senior capacity.
- Competence with Microsoft Office programs (Word, Excel, Outlook).
