About the Role:

We are seeking a skilled Data Platform Support Specialist to join our team. This role will involve providing top-notch customer service and technical support for our data platform solutions.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide expert-level support via phone, email, and chat to customers using our data platforms.
  • Utilize Salesforce Service Cloud Reporting Portal to manage support cases, investigate issues, and respond to customer inquiries.
  • Install, configure, test, and troubleshoot software applications as needed to reproduce or analyze customer environments.
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in technical support, preferably in a cloud-based environment.
  • Strong analytical, debugging, and troubleshooting skills.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Familiarity with cloud platform technologies, such as AWS, Azure, or Google ecosystems.
  • Knowledge of database administration, including relational technologies like Ingres, Oracle, and PostgreSQL.
