Senior Organizational Performance Advisor

As a Senior Business Partner, you will play a critical role in driving organizational performance and employee engagement. You will operate as a trusted advisor to the organization's people leaders and managers, providing expert guidance on change management, workforce strategies, and organizational design.
The ideal candidate will have extensive professional HR experience in large and/or complex organizations, with a deep understanding of relevant employment frameworks, policies, procedures, systems, and processes. They will be able to identify root cause issues and create effective solutions, with excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
Required Skills and Qualifications- Proven ability to coach people managers for career development, expectation setting, and resetting, performance improvement, and exit if appropriate.
- Ability to discover root cause issues to organizational performance, including the ability to diagnose with emotional intelligence and derive deep insights from data and analytics.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, including the ability to effectively liaise with and influence all levels of stakeholders.
This role offers a total remuneration package of up to $152,033, comprising base salary within the range of $114,282 to $129,943 plus 17% superannuation. As a valued member of the team, you will also have access to a range of benefits, including professional development opportunities and a supportive work environment.
