Role Description:
We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Dentist to join our team in Ayr, Far North QLD.
This full-time on-site General Dentist role involves conducting dental exams, diagnosing oral diseases, creating treatment plans, performing procedures, and maintaining patient records. Mentoring and support staff are provided.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough dental exams and diagnose oral diseases
- Develop comprehensive treatment plans for patients
- Perform a range of dental procedures including restorative and preventative care
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records
- Provide patients with education on oral care and disease prevention
- Collaborate closely with mentoring staff and support teams
- Current dental license in Queensland
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience in restorative and preventative dental care
- Ability to work effectively as part of a team
- Attention to detail and high levels of accuracy
- Strong problem-solving and critical thinking skills
- Will to learn and adapt to new techniques and technologies
- Bachelor of Dental Science or equivalent degree
- Certification in Advanced Cardiac Life Support is preferred but not essential
- Experience is not necessary for new graduates
