About the Role

This is an exciting opportunity to join our team as a Rental Services Coordinator. In this role, you will play a critical part in evaluating and responding to renter requests for proposed rental increases.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate and respond to renter requests in accordance with relevant legislation and case management guidelines.
  • Increase accessibility to our rent assessment and rent increase investigative services, delivering efficient and effective resolutions.
  • Update and maintain our case management, registration, and file creation systems, as well as content on our knowledge management system when appropriate.

Requirements:

  • Theoretical knowledge of our regulatory approach and compliance policy.
  • Experience or sound knowledge of our legislative enforcement activities, including a working knowledge of our escalation framework.
  • Sound knowledge of the legislation and policies administered by us.
  • The ability to learn software packages.
