About the Position
  1. Welcome customers into our display homes and experience centres, showcasing our award-winning designs and features.
  2. Understand customers' needs and provide expert guidance throughout their visit, highlighting the benefits of our products.
  3. Maintain the presentation of our homes and sales suites, ensuring they are consistently presented at their best.
  4. Keep product information and databases up to date, enabling seamless interactions between customers and our sales team.
  5. Follow up with customers after their visit, checking in and keeping them connected to our team.
Your Qualifications
  • We are seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused individual who is passionate about the property and new home construction industry.
  • You will be confident in your interactions with customers, both face-to-face and over the phone, and value building meaningful relationships with your peers and customers.
