We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Field Services Technical Officer to join our team at Unity Water. As a key member of our operations team, you will play a critical role in ensuring the delivery of safe and reliable water services to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Provide technical expertise and support to our field services teams, ensuring the effective operation and maintenance of our water supply systems.
  • Conduct verification of competencies and assessments to ensure our team members have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles.
  • Develop and implement innovative solutions to improve work practices and procedures, driving continuous improvement and excellence in our operations.
  • Build strong relationships with stakeholders, including senior leadership, to influence and drive change across the organization.
  • Provide high-level computing skills, including asset management, GIS, and business reporting systems, to support data-driven decision making.
Requirements
  • Relevant experience in a field role with expertise in water supply, sewerage, and recycled water operations.
  • TAESS00019 Assessor qualification or willingness to obtain.
  • Relevant competencies for conducting Verification of Competencies in Field Services or willingness to obtain.
  • Strong interpersonal, communications, and influencing skills.
  • Proactive attitude with the ability to drive initiatives independently.
  • High-level computing skills, including asset management, GIS, and business reporting systems.
