About the Position

This role supports the business unit with a wide range of coordination, administration, and digital tasks.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Coordinate product sampling, marketing materials, and expo/event logistics
  • Maintain promotional trackers, monitor trends, and report to leadership
  • Create content briefs, manage social media scheduling, and influencer partnerships
  • Liaise with internal teams to maintain website accuracy and packaging artwork
  • Support with purchases, invoices, and budget tracking
  • Align activities with sales and supply chain teams
  • Prepare visual assets and help coordinate product photography
  • Manage office organisation and day-to-day marketing admin

Qualifications and Skills: The ideal candidate will be highly organised, creative, able to multitask, and have excellent communication skills.
