The Role

We're seeking a highly organised and creative professional to coordinate procurement, tender submissions and marketing communications. This role blends commercial focus with creative delivery, ideal for someone who enjoys switching between contracts, submissions and brand storytelling.

What You'll Do


• Prepare contracts and manage Procore setup.


• Coordinate subcontractor contracts.


• Procurement submissions.


• Create engaging brochures, capability statements, and presentations.


• Plan and deliver digital marketing campaigns.


• Manage our social media presence and maintain brand consistency.

What You'll Bring


• Proven procurement and creative experience.


• Strong writing, design, and digital marketing skills.


• Proficiency with Canva, Adobe Creative Suite, or similar tools.


• Social media savvy and brand-conscious mindset.


• A proactive, collaborative approach with excellent organisational skills.
