Team Leadership Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and experienced team leader to join our organization. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for guiding and supporting your colleagues to deliver high-quality services to our clients.

The successful candidate will have excellent leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire their team to achieve outstanding results. They will also have a strong understanding of employment services and program guidelines, with experience in mentoring others to provide high-quality support to clients.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Mentor and support a high-performing team to drive results and foster growth.
  • Ensure ongoing development of team members to build a deeper understanding of best practice when working with clients.
  • Translate program guidelines into high-quality service delivery that meets quality and performance targets.
  • Guide clients into meaningful work through trust, empathy, and personalized support.
  • Build strong partnerships with employers and promote inclusive hiring practices.
  • Monitor progress, maintain accurate records, and lead by example.

Requirements:

  • Qualifications in Employment or Human Services (e.g., Mental Health, Psychology, Social Work) - desirable.
  • Experience in employment services and supporting people with disability, injury, or health conditions.
  • Proven ability to meet KPIs and create client-focused employment and skills plans.
  • Confident in marketing clients to employers and facilitating group programs.
  • Strong communication, problem-solving, and stakeholder engagement skills.
  • Knowledge of disability legislation, support strategies, and labor market trends.
