We are seeking an experienced Accounts Payable professional to join our team on a permanent basis. This role offers a challenging and rewarding opportunity to work in a fast-paced finance environment.
Reporting directly to the Financial Controller, you will be responsible for providing end-to-end accounts payable support across the organization. Your duties will include full management of accounts payable, handling supplier enquiries and account reconciliations, processing staff credit card transactions and expense claims, ensuring compliance with ABN, GST, and record-keeping requirements, and assisting with month-end close, tax, and FBT reporting.
Requirements- A minimum of 5 years' experience in a similar accounts payable role
- Strong ERP systems experience
- Solid understanding of accounting principles
You should have high attention to detail, excellent time management, and problem-solving skills, as well as confident communication and interpersonal skills. If you are proactive, detail-oriented, and confident managing competing priorities, we would like to hear from you.
Please note that this is a permanent position, working Monday to Friday, 7:00am - 4:00pm with flexibility.
