Job Opportunity Overview
Program Leadership and Management RoleWe are seeking a skilled project manager to work closely with the Adult Survivor Program Clinical Coordinator in co-designing the Northern Sydney Local Health District Adult Survivors Program Model of Care.
- The role involves overseeing program leadership, strategic management, implementation, governance, business planning, risk management, and stakeholder engagement.
- The successful candidate will be responsible for developing a sustainable local model of care aligned with statewide requirements of NSW Health's new Adult Survivors Program.
- Provide advanced leadership and high-quality project management to ensure objectives are met.
- Develop a comprehensive plan to support program implementation and evaluation.
- Relevant tertiary qualifications in a health-related discipline or significant work experience in violence, abuse, and neglect, trauma-informed care, mental health, alcohol, and other drugs, and/or complex project management.
- Demonstrated advanced level project management skills, including proficiency in software required to prepare complex plans, implementation support documents, and reports.
- Highly developed communication, interpersonal, and influencing skills to maintain partnerships with internal and external stakeholders.
