As a senior associate in the financial services team, you will play a key role in supporting complex superannuation and regulatory projects. You will work closely with partners and lawyers to gain exposure to high-profile cases and develop expertise in financial law.

About the Role

You will be responsible for:

  • Assisting with regulatory and transformation projects;
  • Responding to investigations and prosecutions by authorities;
  • Advising on superannuation fund mergers;
  • Collaborating with the M&A team on financial transactions;
  • Providing guidance on regulatory obligations;
  • Negotiating commercial agreements.

This is a permanent, full-time role that offers flexible working arrangements to suit your needs.

About You

To be successful in this role, you should have experience advising superannuation or financial services clients on regulatory matters. You should also possess strong academic records, legal analysis, writing, and communication skills. Additionally, you should be motivated to learn, grow, and mentor others.
