Operations Manager - Lifelong Learning Portfolio

Job Description

The Operations Manager will be responsible for the effective management of the Lifelong Learning portfolio. This includes managing administrative, commercial, and human resources functions to ensure operations are compliant, streamlined, and aligned with strategic objectives.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage sessional academic administration process from contracting to payment in a timely and accurate manner.
  • Ensure all financial operations comply with relevant laws and regulations.
  • Establish productive working relationships with faculties, divisions, and external partners.
  • Collaborate on team projects aimed at optimising operations and processes.
  • Provide training and support to newly hired academics.
Requirements and Qualifications

Applicants must have a tertiary level qualification in a relevant discipline and experience developing and implementing project plans.

  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • High-level organisational skills.
  • Advanced oral, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
