We're part of a global luxury group, dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences in retail. As Floor Manager, you'll be a key member of our Canberra store's management team, working on a full-time basis.

This leadership role involves guiding your team in a fast-paced environment to deliver outstanding client experiences.

You'll foster a high-performing culture by coaching and supporting the growth and development of your team members.

To achieve this, you'll work closely with the Store Manager and Assistant Store Manager, leveraging data insights to inform operational decisions.

A crucial aspect of this role is facilitating open communication among your team, providing constructive feedback, and maintaining strong relationships with the Management team.

As Manager-in-Charge (MIC), you'll serve as the primary point of contact for client and colleague matters, exercising sound judgment to make informed store decisions.
