Internal Communications Specialist

We are seeking a dynamic professional to lead internal communications that build connection and alignment across our organization.


About the Role
  • This role will involve developing and delivering high-impact internal communications that support department-wide engagement and strategic alignment, including developing and delivering executive communications.
  • You will design and implement internal communication campaigns, including communication strategy and delivery.
  • As part of our Corporate Communications team, you will provide strategic communications advice and support to key stakeholders.
  • You will also enhance our internal channels, including online events and digital platforms.

The ideal candidate will have proven experience in developing and executing communication strategies, excellent stakeholder management skills, and exceptional project management ability. They will be a proactive leader with a passion for innovation and continuous improvement.


Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and deliver high-impact internal communications that support department-wide engagement and strategic alignment.
  • Design and implement internal communication campaigns, including communication strategy and delivery.
  • Provide strategic communications advice and support to key stakeholders.
