Executive Director, Transformation and Innovation

We are seeking a visionary leader to drive significant change across the sector, improving outcomes for vulnerable individuals, women's safety, families, and communities.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead the development and execution of innovative strategies to deliver effective and sustainable cross-sector services and drive transformation within the department and the sector.
  • Drive the development of strategic planning, policy, commissioning, procurement, monitoring, and evaluation of services.
  • Direct the delivery of an integrated policy portfolio with a clear focus on client outcomes and engagement with the frontline to facilitate an effective interface between policy development and seamless delivery of services and programs.
  • Develop strategic cost benchmarking frameworks and processes, undertaking critical analysis of current approaches and future opportunities to inform decisions around access to services, maximising value, aligning costs to strategic outcomes, and strengthening the sector's ability to respond to community needs.
Requirements:
  • Passionate about shaping and delivering significant change across the sector.
  • Proven experience in leading executive teams and driving complex change initiatives.
  • Strong understanding of policy development, commissioning, and service delivery.
  • Ability to engage effectively with stakeholders at all levels, including frontline staff, government officials, and community representatives.
  • Capacity to develop and execute strategic plans that align with government priorities and community expectations.
