As a Food and Beverage Team Leader, you will be responsible for guiding your team in providing top-notch customer service, maintaining impeccable standards of cleanliness and hygiene, and fostering a positive work environment that encourages collaboration and growth.

Your key responsibilities will include:

  • Ensuring guest satisfaction through delivering exceptional customer service, as per the Holiday Inn brand's 'Making Guests Smile' service style.
  • Liaising with management to plan daily duties and contribute to the development of the team, aiming to maximize performance and create a great company culture.
  • Maintaining accurate financial records and ensuring all transactions are handled securely.
  • Fostering strong working relationships within the team and across the hotel.
  • Preparing and serving beverages, highlighting promotions, handling feedback, taking orders, and maintaining the physical appearance and cleanliness of the restaurant.
  • Utilizing previous experience as a Food and Beverage Team Leader or Supervisor to drive team motivation and delegate tasks effectively.

To succeed in this role, you must hold a current Responsible Service of Alcohol certificate and be able to work a 7-day rotating roster, primarily covering afternoon/evening shifts from 2pm, including weekends and Public Holidays.
