Customer Service Role

We are seeking a professional to provide exceptional customer service in a warm and supportive environment.

The Opportunity

This part-time position involves making meaningful connections with residents and visitors, providing assistance and services to all customers and the wider community.

The Requirements
  • Extensive experience in customer-facing roles, with a proven ability to develop and maintain customer relationships.
  • Sound computer literacy skills for accurate and efficient documentation.
  • Demonstrated strengths in planning, time management, flexibility, and technology use.
  • An understanding of the needs of older people.
  • Rostered shifts every Saturday and Sunday, 08:00-16:30.
