About The Position:
In this role you will be required to provide skilled technical support to our clients. You will become an integral member of the Assett team. This position will provide an ideal opportunity to develop your career to the next level.

Key responsibilities include:

- Identify and resolve technical faults.
- Triage in coming service requests
- Escalate service requests to the appropriate resource
- Pre-installation run up.
- Provide excellent customer service.
- Update Knowledge base

While relevant qualifications and experience will be well regarded, as important are your problem solving abilities, hands on approach and a genuine, demonstrated enthusiasm for technical challenges. Support will be offered for pursuing external accreditation.

This rewarding position will be based in our modern Wollongong CBD office, however our area of service covers the Illawarra, Shoalhaven, Southern Highlands and into Sydney.

**Salary**: $45,191.96 - $83,336.53 per year
