Job Role:

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Project Coordinator to join our team for a temporary opportunity. This role will involve planning stakeholder consultations, providing administrative support, and collaborating with the Stakeholder Engagement Lead.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supporting customer engagement activities for a Data Standards project
  • Preparing correspondence such as letters, meeting invites, agendas, reports, and other documentation
  • Taking notes at stakeholder engagements
  • Coordinating stakeholder engagement activities, including venues, catering, technology, and travel arrangements

Requirements:

  • At least 2 years of experience in a similar environment as a coordinator
  • Excellent customer service skills with a focus on high-level service delivery
  • Administrative support experience for events and consultations
