Project Coordinator Role

We are seeking a skilled and experienced Project Coordinator to join our team. This role plays a vital part in supporting the achievement of our organisational vision by coordinating and managing business-as-usual activities.

Main Responsibilities

  • Manage data related requests and queries, ensuring efficient resolution and accurate recording.
  • Coordinate progress reports on data activities and project governance, providing timely and relevant updates.
  • Provide high-level administrative support, including scheduling meetings, minute taking, records management, and documenting business processes/procedures.
  • Assist with project management, preparing and updating project documents and artefacts.
  • Contribute to the development and dissemination of communications materials promoting and implementing data literacy programs.

Key Requirements

  • Minimum 2+ years' experience in a project support or coordination role, or project/data officer position.
  • Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to respond efficiently to data-related requests and queries.
  • Ability to provide high-quality administrative support, producing accurate and timely reporting.
  • Excellent organisational skills with strong attention to detail, flexible working, and effective time management.
  • Able to work collaboratively as an effective team member and engage with cross-functional multi-disciplinary agile teams.
