Are you a leasing professional looking for a new challenge? We have an exciting opportunity for a Retail Leasing Executive to join our team.

About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated individual to lead our retail leasing efforts. As a Retail Leasing Executive, you will be responsible for sourcing and negotiating new retailers, developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients, and monitoring trends in the industry.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Sourcing and negotiating new retailers for each centre in line with asset strategy
  2. Developing and maintaining strong relationships with key clients current retailers
  3. Monitoring trends, key players in the industry and movements in rental values
  4. Negotiating to secure temporary leases and licenses with Retailers
  5. Actively seeking opportunities to enhance mall space usage
  6. Collaborating with management team to develop leasing budgets and forecasts
  7. Monthly and quarterly reporting to management
  8. Prospecting for new business

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • WA Sales registration
  • Experience in retail leasing
  • Strong knowledge of the retail market
  • Able to communicate effectively and manage time efficiently
