Job Opportunity

We are seeking a skilled and motivated individual to take on a leadership role in our educational centre. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting the Centre Director in the day-to-day operations and ensuring the smooth running of the centre.

About the Position
  • The successful candidate will possess exceptional leadership skills, enabling them to guide the team in the development and delivery of high-quality programs that inspire and nurture young minds.
  • They will work closely with the team to develop and implement best practice, driving quality and continuous improvement throughout the centre.
Key Responsibilities
  • To embody the Green Leaves Commitments in their daily practice, promoting a positive and welcoming culture within the centre.
  • Building strong relationships with the team, children, and their families, through active listening and collaboration.
  • Leading by example, taking the initiative to drive quality and continuous improvement, and turning feedback into action through creative problem-solving.
  • Supporting the Centre Director in leading the team, ensuring that every task is approached with a proactive and mature mindset.
Requirements
  • A current ACECQA-approved Diploma or Bachelor qualification.
  • A valid State Working with Children's Check.
  • Current Anaphylaxis, Asthma, CPR, and First Aid Certificates (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • Current Child Protection Training (or willing to obtain upon commencement).
  • Previous experience as an Assistant Director or Lead Educator.
  • Knowledge and experience with Qikkids and Storypark (or similar equivalent platforms).
  • National Police Clearance.
  • Proda ID.
  • Food Safety Supervisor Certificate (or willing to obtain).
